Now as a husband and a dad, I know how easy it is for health to slip when work gets busy and family life takes over.

I also understand the food, lifestyle, and cultural challenges that make fat loss harder for Nepali adults living abroad.

My coaching is built from both personal experience and hands-on work helping busy adults lose fat in a way that fits work, family, and real life.
